The Mission of INSIGHT

The staff and doctors at Insight will provide our patients with the highest level of personalized care and utilize state-of-the-art technology in vision care services and products. We shall strive for excellence by continually educating ourselves so we may better serve our patients. We shall always attempt to excel beyond all patient expectations in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disease, the specialty of contact lens care, innovative eyewear, and ophthalmic specialty prescription lenses. Helping our patients will always be our priority and we will serve them promptly with our undivided attention. The doctors will always be available 24 hours a day, everyday of the year, to meet the needs of patients in the event of an ocular emergency. We will emphasize the need and reasons for preventive eye care by educating our patients, so we not only improve the quality of one's life through enhanced vision, but ultimately prevent blindness.

Gain insight on your eye health

We are a family practice. We see mostly adults, but we specialize in the care of the entire family, from infancy to maturity. We accommodate the spectacle needs of our very young patients with age-appropriate, fun styles of eye wear that will please parents as much as the kids. We take our time with our mature patient base and make sure they get the attention, respect, and instruction they need, and specialize in contact lens care for both our youngest patients and our elderly patients.

Everything in our office is elegantly designed for total comfort. To keep the young ones entertained, we provide coloring books and spectacles they can try on at a reachable height. In our living room, we have a large flat screen that plays videos and eye trivia. We do not call it a waiting room; at Insight, no one waits. In the rare event you must wait, the visit is complimentary.

Above all, we train and live by our mission to provide our undivided attention to our patients. We live by our philosophy that the patient in front of us is of utmost importance. We are enthusiastic and unrelenting in providing the best possible service and care. Our goal is clearly stated in one part of our mission statement:
